We covered some key information needed for project management. First, we need to understand the product portfolio of Gas Engine Generators (GEG), the types of gas fuel, and the nameplate specifications and point of the topic its about the process flow of project management (execution), the project management team, and the key considerations we need to be aware of before starting a project. So, here's the general resume about what we learned : - Product Portofolio : The early history of the GEG (Gas Engine Generator) – CG series (a Mannheim product), which was originally owned by MWM and later acquired by Caterpillar in 2011.
