Please join us in welcoming Sarah Pearce to the EOD Warrior Foundation Board of Directors, effective April 1, 2026. Sarah brings extensive experience in sustainability, enterprise risk, and compliance leadership across the advanced manufacturing, automotive, and energy sectors. She currently serves as a Risk and Compliance Manager at Caterpillar Inc. within their Oil & Gas and Marine division. Throughout her career, Sarah has led and supported large-scale initiatives focused on governance, risk mitigation, sustainability, operational resilience, regulatory alignment, and human rights efforts; partnering across both domestic and international operations, including work with the U.S. Department of Energy, Ford Motor Company, and SK On Korea. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Sarah has been closely connected to the EOD Community since 2012 through, Dwayne Pearce, USMC EOD, and has been a dedicated volunteer with the EOD Warrior Foundation since 2018. Her passion for service, responsible stewardship, and meaningful community partnership makes her an incredible addition to our team as we continue our mission of supporting EOD Warriors and their families. Sarah and Dwayne are the proud parents of Olivia and Theo, and as a family they love exploring the outdoors, visiting National Parks, camping, and trail riding horses. Welcome to the board, Sarah!
