Roto-Versal Energy Services is hiring an experienced Lead Field Service Technician with strong natural gas compression and engine experience to support our growing Permian Basin operations.
This is a senior-level, hands-on mechanical position responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining natural gas compressors and associated production equipment in the field.
This is our top mechanical service role, with opportunity for leadership and advancement as the company continues to grow.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair natural gas compressors and engine-driven equipment
- Work on CAT, Waukesha, Ajax, Ariel, and similar compression packages
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and overhauls in the field
- Lead major repairs and support other technicians as needed
- Ensure all work is performed safely and correctly
- Complete service documentation and communicate with customers and management
Qualifications:
- Strong experience with natural gas compression equipment and engines
- Experience with CAT and/or Waukesha engines preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues independently
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be reliable and self-motivated
