About a year ago, I joined
Giga Energy
to build out our Post-Sales Operations team, supporting Order Management, Logistics, Warehousing, and Customer Support. In close partnership with Sales, Engineering, and Production, we built scalable processes to support the rapid growth of our electrical infrastructure business.
We all know hardware is hard. There are plenty of unglamorous challenges in building and delivering physical products, especially when those products are heavy, fragile, and expensive transformers, switchgear, and modular data centers! Tackling these multi-faceted, cross-functional problems is what makes working in hardware fun.
But what has been most rewarding is building operating teams that define the Giga customer experience — teams that don’t just scale with revenue growth, but actively fuel it. If I could tag our whole Post Sale team I would, you know who you are!
I’m very excited to share that I’ve moved into a new role at Giga as Head of Projects. As an internal customer to our OEM business, Giga Projects is focused on bringing compute online at record speed and serving as a trusted partner across every stage of data center development and operation. and our talented Origination, Development and Operations teams to tackle some of the Energy Industry's biggest challenges.
