• Experience working with EPCs, licensors, operators, or project developers
• Solid understanding of CAPEX project structures
• Experience in Mexico or Latin America strongly preferred
• Fluent English required
Preferred background
• Experience with Pemex, NOCs, or public-sector energy projects
• Exposure to gas processing, power generation, or decarbonization initiatives
• Developer or EPC early-project experience is a strong plus
