All seals and O-rings are renewed as standard, because even minor sealing failure can lead to pressure loss in high-demand applications. Reassembly is done under strict cleanliness using calibration fluid, and I ensure all torque values are applied with calibrated tools—because I’ve seen how improper torque can distort injector performance. The most critical part of my process is testing. On the test bench, I verify: 1⃣ Opening pressure stability 2⃣ Spray pattern and atomization quality 3⃣ Back-Leak rate 4⃣ Injector response under load conditions If it doesn’t meet spec, I recalibrate—no compromises.
