As 2025 ended, so did my intership at
Wärtsilä Energy
’s Middle East and Asia marketing and communications team. However, I got a fantastic opportunity to continue at
Wärtsilä
as a thesis worker, and during the past couple of months, I have worked on my thesis under the supervision of
Isabelle Thibault-Ahlström
. ⚡️
My master’s thesis topic is Optimising Content for GenAI & Leadership of AI Transformation. I will be conducting 12 interviews in March, and after that, I will perform a thematic analysis on the interview data.
The research process has two phases:
☝🏻 During phase one, I am interviewing researchers and consultants in the field.
✌🏻 During phase two, I am conducting a case study on Wärtsilä and interviewing marketing and communications professionals within the corporation.
Suuuuuuper excited for my interviews! I have already learned so much by conducting a literature review, and I cannot wait to see what I discover from the empirical study… 🤓👩🏼💻
