If our application requests access to your Google data, we strictly adhere to the following principles:

3.1 Scope of Data Access

We request only the minimum permissions necessary to run the application's core functions. Specific requested scopes include:

Basic Account Info (userinfo.email, userinfo.profile): Used to authenticate your identity and display your profile within the app.
Google Drive Files (drive.readonly): Accesses only the specific files or documents you explicitly select to import or process.
Gmail Content (gmail.readonly): Used to read content of emails you specify for analysis or summarization.
Send Emails on your behalf (gmail.send): Executed only when you explicitly click a send button and confirm the content (e.g., sending replies or drafts).

We access Google user data solely for the following purposes:

Document & Email Processing: To read content to provide you with intelligent summaries, format conversion, data extraction, or automated reply suggestions.

We do not use your Google user data for advertising purposes, nor do we sell it to third parties. We do not have humans read your emails or files; all processing is done by automated procedures.

gasgx's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not share your personal information with third parties unless we have your consent or are required by law, except for:

Service Providers: We may use third-party services (e.g., Cloud providers like AWS/Google Cloud) to assist in operations. These parties process data only according to our instructions.
AI Model Processing: To provide intelligent analysis, summarization, or writing assistance, your non-personally identifiable data (such as document text segments) may be processed by third-party AI model providers (e.g., OpenAI/Claude). We have strict agreements prohibiting them from using your data to train or improve their general AI models. Your data is used for single-instance processing and is not retained thereafter.

Your data is stored on encrypted, secure servers. We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services. For files or email content accessed temporarily via API, we do not permanently retain original copies on our servers after processing is complete.
